About me

I am Rareș Măcinică, founder & Managing Partner of Mayanna Consulting Group, a young integrated advisory and consultancy company, using One Stop Shop concept. Together with a very professional and experience team, we are sharing the best expertise and innovative approach.

I graduated with an MBA from University of Wales - UK, I have a bachelor degree diploma from Public Relations Faculty in Bucharest and a high school diploma from Military School in Alba Iulia.

During the last 15 years, I held different top management positions within Multinational Logistics companies, including 6 years as Managing Director of the Romanian branch from a very well-known Austrian Logistics Group.

In 2016 I was selected by Business Magazin among top 10 most important Romanian Managers under 40 and voted by the Romanian business community among Top 100 Most Admired CEOs in Romania.
